- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Echo Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience working with Adult patients
- BLS
- One of the following cardiac/vascular sonography credentials:
- ARDMS
- RDCS
- RDCS-AE
- RDMS
- RVT
Job Duties
- Perform echo studies and vascular studies including carotid, aorta, ABI, arterial/venous duplex, renal artery duplex, and segmental pressures
Work Setting
- One machine used for cardiovascular work
- No floating to other areas
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No call
Additional Details
- Average volume: 6 to 8 studies per day
- IV starts are preferred, with other staff available to help
- Orientation includes working with the current sonographer on arrival
- Scrubs are not provided
