Radiologic Technologist I - Urgent Care

Location

• Vacaville, California

Contract

• 8 weeks with potential for extension

Schedule

• 30 hours per week
• 8:30am–5:00pm or 8:30am–7:00pm, depending on the day
• Works between 2 locations and does not float mid-shift

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited program
• California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• ARRT certification
• Current AHA or equivalent healthcare provider BLS certification
• Basic clerical and computer experience

Experience

• New graduate eligible
• Preference for 1 year of experience in general radiology

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general radiographic examinations
• Ensure image quality meets established standards
• Assist and instruct patients during examinations
• Support patient safety during exams
• Inspect and clean equipment before use
• Report equipment malfunctions
• Complete paperwork, requisitions, and charge entry
• Provide front desk support, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records tasks
• Assist with other duties as needed during downtime
