Job Overview

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Silver Spring, Maryland
Setting: Home health
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Coverage area: Montgomery County and lower Frederick County, covering PTO

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
HCHB experience
Experience with OASIS

Required Compliance

Government-issued photo ID
Proof of E-Verify or attestation
Background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
Education verification or transcript/diploma showing highest degree completed
Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
Positive titer or 2 vaccines for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella
Positive Hep B quantitative titer within 5 years of start
11-panel drug screen including cotinine/nicotine and marijuana within 30 days of start
Color blind exam within 5 years of start
Eye exam within 6 months of start, updated annually
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
COVID vaccination is strongly recommended; declination requires facility approval

Smoke- and nicotine-free campus
HCHB (Pointcare) familiarity is needed
