Nuclear Medicine Technician

Job Overview

  • Location: Nampa, Idaho
  • Employment type: Long-term assignment
  • Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • Schedule: No weekends, no holidays, no call
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ARRT
  • Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
  • License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
  • Color vision documentation
  • MMR immunity documentation
  • Varicella immunity documentation
  • Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
  • Criminal background check
  • Education verification
  • EPLS check
  • GSA/OIG check
  • NSO check
  • System access form completed one week before start
  • Fit test documentation
  • Hepatitis B immunization/titer documentation
  • TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA within 6 months of start

  • American Heart Association certification is required for BLS
  • Positive TB results require physician evaluation, a chest x-ray within 6 months of start, and a TB questionnaire
