Hospice Registered Nurse

Location

Bardstown, Kentucky

Contract

13 weeks
Day shift
40 hours per week

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Every 3rd weekend
One weeknight on-call
On-call visits are required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
Driver’s license and insurance
Hospice experience
Home health experience
Home Care Home Base experience

Patient Population

Pediatrics and adults

Responsibilities

Start of care visits
Recertification visits
Daily visits
Scheduling patient visit times by phone

Coverage Area

Nelson, Spencer, and southern Bullett counties

Additional Notes

No clinical involvement; profiles go directly to the manager for consideration
Mileage is not billable
No floating required
Any color scrubs are allowed
