Provides professional/clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Med Surg / Telemetry experience with at least 1 year of experience within the last year.
Oncology experience.
Experience with Epic.
BLS issued by American Heart Association.
ACLS.
Driver's License.
Work history/resume.
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
License verification.
Copy of required certifications.
One supervisory reference required at time of submission.

Additional Notes

Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility.
Local candidates may be accepted for Madison with a 10% rate reduction.
