Long-term care / skilled nursing facility
42 beds
Staffing ratio: 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse at night
Common patient types include long-term care, memory care, dementia, and orthopedics
No current behavioral risks noted

Schedule

Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours
Primarily 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Dakota
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Long Term Care experience
Long Term Care experience within the last year
Experience in a Long Term Care setting
BLS certification
Experience with PointClickCare

Additional Notes

Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing
No charge differential
No on-call or call-back available or billable
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a fee
Location-specific orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2–4 hours
