10% inpatient
Long-term care or hospital experience is required

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
Experience in a Long Term Care setting

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical condition, symptoms, medical history, and referrals
Diagnose movement dysfunction
Develop individualized treatment plans
Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches
Use hands-on therapy techniques such as massage
Maintain detailed patient records
Report patient progress and status to appropriate parties
Communicate with patients, families, and the care team
Support teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Participate in in-services, continuing education, and staff meetings
