Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab (Travel/Contract)

Location: Cookeville, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapist - Acute Rehab
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Occasional every other Saturday (half day)
• Typical patient load: 6-7 patients per day
• Shift: Day (5x8 hours)
• Hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ARC, AHA, or US Department of Defense accepted)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as required (check unit-specific requirements)

Additional Requirements

• Initial physical exam within 1 year attesting ability to meet physical demands of the position
• Completion of facility-specific orientation and acknowledgment forms prior to start
• Compliance with facility policies including restraint/seclusion and safety manuals
• No on-call requirement
• Locals within 35 miles accepted
• First-time travelers accepted (no prior travel experience required)
