RN - Mother/Baby

Every other weekend per unit need

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Maternal-Newborn experience within the last year
2 years of Maternal-Newborn experience
BLS
NRP-Advanced
STABLE
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Acute Care Nursing experience
Experience with Epic

Education

Nursing diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN)

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and reassessments
Develop, implement, and revise plans of care
Monitor and document responses to clinical interventions
Provide patient and family education
Delegate tasks and serve as a mentor/preceptor
Support teamwork, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
