Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) with 1 year of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
New Hampshire Medical Technician License
Fit test for N95 within 365 days of the start date, with annual updates
Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) attestation
MMR documentation or proof of immunity
TB test documentation within 3 months of the start date
Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
Criminal background check
SSN trace
National sex offender check
Exclusion checks
New Hampshire state checks

Submission Requirements

Resume including the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state for all work experience and education
2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
