Ultrasound Technicial II
Location
Bakersfield, California

Schedule
- 10-hour shifts
- Rotating shifts
- On-call shifts
Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technologist experience with 1 year of experience
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ARDMS
- Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Vascular Sonographer experience
- OB Technician experience
Job Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound studies and operate ultrasound equipment
- Document patient images, consents, clinical history, and other medical records
- Verify informed consent and support patient care during procedures
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and work areas in clean and orderly condition
- Assist with surgical biopsy and aspiration procedures
- Participate in reading sessions and contribute technical input to diagnostic reports
- Educate and monitor students and other healthcare providers
- Support staffing, scheduling, training, and departmental quality improvement
