RN - Med/Surg
Location
Butte, Montana
Contract
- 12 weeks
- Night shift
- 36 hours per week
Job Summary
- Provides independent nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Performs health teaching, counseling, delegated medical functions, referrals, treatment plan monitoring, documentation, and resource use.
- May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
- May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for the unit or service
