Role Details
- Field-based home health position covering the Central Valley/Stockton/Modesto area
- Local candidates are accepted
- Schedule options include Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Monday–Friday
- Hours are based on completed visits; 25 visits equals 40 hours
- Guaranteed hours apply when 25 or more visits are completed
- Mileage between patients is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Experience with OASIS
Preferred Experience
- Home health experience is preferred, but candidates without home health experience may be considered
Additional Notes
- COVID exemptions are permitted
