Overview

• Travel/contract role in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania
• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Full-time interventional radiology tech position in the interventional radiology department
• 13-week contract
• Day shift, 5x8 hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Rotating on-call coverage is required
• The department does not perform neuro cases

Required Qualifications

• Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• National certification/verification, as applicable by profession and state
• State license verification, as applicable by profession
• Background check required within 30 days of start
• Pennsylvania FBI fingerprint clearance required within 90 days of start
• Pennsylvania state exclusions search required within 30 days of start
• Pennsylvania child abuse search required within 90 days of start
• Pennsylvania PATCH search required within 90 days of start
• Pennsylvania Medicheck search required within 30 days of start
• Minimum of 2 professional references from employment within 12 months of start
• Employment application with 7 years of complete work history and explanations for gaps over 90 days
• Third-party work history verification covering the last 7 years with no gaps over 30 days
• Physical exam within 2 months of start
• Negative TB screening within 60 days of start
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years of start
• COVID-19 vaccination or declination
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Hepatitis B immunity or completed vaccine series
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Fit mask testing completed onsite
• Respirator clearance required for candidates starting 04/07/2025 and beyond
• Affidavit for provisional employment must be completed prior to start
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgment
• Pass/fail testing requirements may apply
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam required for RN candidates
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required for RN and LVN candidates, where applicable

Work Conditions

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM on non-holidays
• All other hours are covered by on-call
• Weeknight call begins at 4:00 PM for 15 hours
• Weekend and holiday call begins at 7:00 AM for 24 hours

• Level 3 trauma certification at the hospital
• No neuro cases are performed in this department
