RN - Behavioral Health
Location
- Rochester, New Hampshire
Job Type
- Travel
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Alternating weekends
- Occasional floating as a helper role
Unit Overview
- 10-bed unit
- Patient ratio: 3:1
- Psychiatric and geriatrics experience are preferred
- Support staff includes RN, LPN, PCT, recreational therapist, and social worker
- Mechanical lifts and Sara Steady are used on the unit
- No procedures are performed on the unit
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Behavioral Health (2 years of experience)
- Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- BLS
- CPI
Additional Details
- Meditech Expanse is used for documentation
- Scrubs in any color are required
- Multiple staff members have 5+ years of tenure and psychiatric experience
- The unit is described as family oriented and supportive
