ICU Registered Nurse

12-hour shifts
36 hours per week

Unit Details

Critical care float assignment
33-bed ICU
Floating required, with first-to-float to telemetry floors
Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity; telemetry floating ratio is 1:5
No monitor techs; nurses are responsible for EKG monitoring and interpretation
One nurse aide is available on day shift and one on night shift
Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per month
Holidays as needed
Scrub color: black

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Critical Care Float (3 years of experience)
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
Telemetry experience
