Description
RN Medical/Surgical
Location: Muskegon, Michigan
Contract length: 13 weeks
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
- Influenza vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- MMR immunity documentation
- Fit test completed on site within one year of start
- Hepatitis B series or declination
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within one year of start
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Current Tdap vaccine or accepted declination
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Confidentiality and information security agreement
