Ultrasound Technologist
Contract Details
- 13 weeks
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- ARDMS
- ARRT
Key Responsibilities
- Perform or assist with ultrasound examinations
- Prepare patients for ultrasound exams
- Operate, clean, and make minor adjustments to ultrasound equipment
- Capture images and transfer them to physicians’ workstations
- Assist with scheduling, telephone coverage, and patient transport as needed
- Support orientation and mentoring of new Ultrasound personnel
Skills and Work Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of office and administrative practices
- Ability to use personal computers and software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion
