Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience in a(n) Outpatient setting
- Driver's License
Patient Population / Setting
- Inpatient and outpatient settings
- Neurological, orthopedic, and possible wound care cases
Work Expectations
- Able to work under limited supervision
- Able to make rational, logical decisions based on physician consultation, lab results, and patient assessment
