Valid RN license in Ohio
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Job Responsibilities

Provide care for assigned patients during the peri-anesthesia continuum
Perform assessment and data collection to support individualized plans of care
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and collaborative interventions
Evaluate patient status and the effectiveness of interventions
Assist with nerve blocks and pre-anesthesia assessments
Communicate patient status to anesthesia under direct supervision
Perform Phase I post-anesthesia care and transition patients to Phase II care

Additional Job Details

On-call response time within 30 minutes required
Travelers are expected to float within their scope of practice and skill set
