Job Summary

Performs MRI studies under radiologist direction and senior MRI technologist oversight. Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, preparing the scan room with equipment, supplies, and medications, maintaining images and patient data archives, and serving as a resource for MRI technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist (1 year of experience)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT Registry or ARMRIT Registry
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Ability and demonstrated competence in IV insertion
• Ability and demonstrated competence in contrast injection

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of 1 year of current clinical experience
