RN - PACU

Location

Billings, Montana

Job Summary

Provides independent nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, health teaching, counseling, therapy and treatment, delegated medical functions, patient referral, and documentation.
May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Valid RN license in Montana.
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year.
1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience.
BLS Certification issued by American Heart Association.
ACLS Certification issued by American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for the unit or service.
