Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Adult patients

ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation and must be passed
Orientation and onboarding modules must be completed before start

Physical exam, fit mask, drug screen, TB screening, flu documentation, and immunization documentation are required
Annual or time-sensitive compliance items apply to several onboarding documents and screenings
