Job Overview
- Location: Florence, South Carolina

- Shift: 06:30 - 14:30
Role Summary
- Provides circulating nursing care in the operating room.
- Assesses patients, implements nursing interventions, documents care, and supports safe surgery workflow.
- Assists with operating room preparation, patient positioning, supply/equipment control, and communication with the surgical team and family.
- Participates in call as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- CVOR (2 years of experience)
- CVOR experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- License/certificate verification
- Nursys verification within 30 days of start
- Social Security card
- McLeod Profile
- McLeod Skills Checklist

Health and Screening Requirements
- MMR immunization or titer with lab printout
- Hepatitis B immunization or titer with lab printout
- Varicella immunization or titer with lab printout
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Fit test
- Influenza vaccine
- Annual negative PPD
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray
Experience / Other Notes
- Employment verification covers 5 years
- Criminal background check must cover the last 7 years
- Computer skills are needed for patient care documentation
