Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Pediatrics (1 year of experience)
Pediatrics experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Pediatrics OR - Operating Room experience

Preferred Education

BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing

Role Summary

Provides clinical nursing care in a hospital setting
Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
Works with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and plan patient care
Supports patient and family education, discharge planning, and safe care delivery
Performs point-of-care testing as required for the care plan
Contributes to unit goals, performance improvement, and a safe hospital environment
