Registered Nurse (Operating Room)

Job Overview

• Location: Littleton, New Hampshire
• Employment type: Temporary
• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, with 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts plus call
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Patient population: Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
• Trauma level: III

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• Circulating experience in the Operating Room
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• Proficiency in General surgery cases
• OB/GYN experience
• Orthopedics experience
• ENT Surgery experience
• Trauma experience
• Plastic Surgery experience
• Ophthalmology experience
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• License verification
• Permanent address must be included in the submission file
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrub experience
• Previous travel experience

Clinical Experience / Case Mix

• Must be proficient in general, OB, orthopedics, ENT, trauma, plastics, and ophthalmology cases

Scheduling Notes

• Requested time off cannot exceed 3 days
• No exceptions for time off beyond 3 days
