Physical Therapist
Location
- Lakeview, Oregon

Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
- BLS
- Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in physical therapy
- Driver's License
Experience
- Experience is desired, but not required if the listed qualifications are met
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment upon physician referral
- Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and support physical function
- Work with family members and the health team regarding patient abilities and goals
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of therapy procedures, orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Effective teamwork
- Basic computer skills, including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and sending email messages
