Job Overview
- Location: Lebanon, Oregon

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Infusion experience within the last year
- 1 year of infusion experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Ambulatory Care experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- IV therapy experience
- PICC and midline proficiency
- Chemotherapy experience
- Current outpatient infusion experience
Preferred Certifications
- Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification
- Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy certification
