Radiology Technologist

Location

• Morgantown, West Virginia

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Day, afternoon, and night shifts
• Weekends required
• Holidays may be required
• No call or standby

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• West Virginia state license
• Experience with C-arm and fluoroscopy
• Driver’s license copy must be submitted with the application
• Driver’s license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Assignment Details

• No floating to other areas
• Radiation badge must be provided by the traveler’s agency
• Scrubs are provided
• Department orientation is provided

Clinical Setting

• Performs X-ray and OR C-arm fluoroscopy
• Department has 5 scanners/rooms
• Average volume is about 400 scans/studies per day
• Uses Toshiba radiology rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC C-arms
• Epic and Fuji Synapse are used in the department

Submission Notes

• Only one active submission is allowed at a time across the system
• Previous permanent staff must have been gone for 2 years
• Previous travelers who completed 1 full year must have been gone for 2 years
• Up to 2 candidates may be submitted per opening
