MRI Technologist
Location
- Omaha, Nebraska
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- Days
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Call required
- Holidays required as needed and scheduled
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist (3 years of experience)
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (MR)
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- 1 year of Level I Trauma Hospital experience
- Experience with Phillips MRI equipment
Assignment Details
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
- Client can call off up to 36 hours every 13 weeks
- 100-mile local radius restriction; local candidates are not accepted
Work Environment
- 7 MRI scanners on campus
Duties
- Perform MRI procedures under the supervision of a qualified radiologist
- Support teaching and research related to MRI
- Communicate effectively, multitask, and manage difficult customer interactions appropriately
