Interim Leader

Overview

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Contract length: 12 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Hours per week: 40
Department: Nephrology/Dialysis
Setting: Inpatient dialysis with ICU, floor, and emergency department coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
Dialysis (1 year of experience)
Dialysis experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Details

Interim leadership role supporting the transition from outsourced to in-house management
Focus areas include infection control, quality metrics, and alignment with provider relationships
Experience with dialysis operations is emphasized in the source

Facility Notes

Trauma Level II
199 beds
New Mexico clinical staff may begin on a 14-day waiver while background results are pending, but must be supervised
