Job Overview
- Location: Richland, Washington
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
- Hours per Week: 36
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Key Job Details
- Floating between units is required.
- Weekends are required every other week.
- On-call is not required.
- Block scheduling is not required.
- Patient ratios depend on hospital acuity.
- The role requires working independently in a Level 3 NICU and having the skill and experience to work in a Level 2 regional trauma center.
- Staff are considered variable assignment resources for the unit, including full-time employees.
- Shift assignment is typically confirmed 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Ability to work independently within a Level 3 NICU
- Ability to work in a Level 2 regional trauma center
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
