Required Qualifications

Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation

Required Health Documents

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask record required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
Tdap vaccination or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and COVID documentation or declinations as applicable

Required Screening / Compliance

Background check within 90 days of start
E-Verify attestation
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
State patrol search required for Washington and border facility placements only

Additional Notes

Float policy acknowledgement may be required
Annual regulatory training modules may apply depending on specialty and assignment type
