- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- EKG comfortability

- Strict attendance policy applies: 3 absences or late arrivals over 20 minutes may result in immediate termination
- Local traveler policy applies within 35 miles of the facility
