Description
Registered Nurse — Med Surg
Location
- Midland, Michigan
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Temp assignment
- Night shift
- 12-hour shifts
Role Summary
- Provides direct patient/resident care in a medical-surgical setting, including general surgical and orthopedic surgical patients.
- Performs assessment, medication administration, treatments, order processing, and follow-up on medication changes and order clarifications.
- Delegates to patient care technicians and collaborates with team members to update care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Travel work experience
- Epic experience
