- Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year

Job Notes
- Strict attendance policy applies: 3 absences or arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in immediate termination, with documented communicable disease or hospitalization reviewed as exceptions.
- Local travelers are defined as those with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility.
