RN (Registered Nurse)

Required Qualifications
- Active RN role
- BLS certification from AHA
- NIHSS certification from AHA
- 1 year of experience
- 1 prior travel assignment
- Must live within a 75-mile radius of the hospital based on the address on the traveler’s driver’s license
Schedule Requirements
- Every other weekend
- Holidays as needed
Clinical Details
- Ratios: 1:5, possibly 1:6 on days and nights
- Floating required to all acute care and cardio areas, and to the emergency department for acute care patient holds
- Telemetry monitoring is done on a different unit
- CNA support is available
Orientation
- General orientation is 1 week, including EMR training
- Floor-specific orientation is 2 days
Additional Notes
- Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
- Meditech experience is preferred but not required
