Certified Scrub Tech

Job Overview

Location: Calais, Maine
Employment type: Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour day shifts, full time

Role Summary

Responsible for safe, sterile setup and handling of surgical instrumentation during scheduled and emergency surgical cases.
Gathers necessary instrumentation and supplies from surgeons’ pick sheets.
May also handle clerical and other department-related duties.

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
CST or NBSTSA or BLS

Additional Expectations

Must maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work under pressure
