Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technologist (5 years of experience)
• Echo Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Compliance and Start Requirements

• Full compliance is required to start on time
• Maximum requested time off: 7 days
• Candidate must be able to work major holidays if they fall during the assignment, per the stated holiday policy
• Background check must be complete before start
• Education verification is required and may be pending at start if proof it is in progress is provided
• Verification of most recent employer is required and may be pending at start if proof it is in progress is provided
• Skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
• Photo ID required
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray required
• TB questionnaire required for all candidates
• Drug screen required within 60 days of start
• Flu vaccine or declination required
• Hepatitis B surface antibody titer or signed declination required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
• Color blind testing required
• 2 clinical references required
