Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Physical therapy or healthcare experience

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide established treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy treatments and support rehabilitation
• Assist with patient progress evaluation and discharge planning
• Document patient care thoroughly and on time
• Delegate patient treatment procedures and modalities appropriately
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and treatment areas
• Communicate and coordinate with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments
• Provide education and mentoring for student interns
• Participate in department programs
