Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Driver's License
