- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Float (1 year of experience)
- Float experience within the last year
- TNCC
- CPI/De-Escalation
- NIHSS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
Additional Notes
- Additional certifications may be required based on the unit where the nurse is floated
- The role involves floating to different units
