Job Overview
- Location: Baltimore, Maryland
- Employment type: Long-term assignment

- Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Role Summary
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patients continuously using advanced medical equipment.
- Administer medications, fluids, and treatments per physician orders.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Document patient status, treatments, and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Follow infection control protocols.
- Participate in continuing education and training.
- Willingness to precept.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- CVU - Cardiovascular Unit experience
