Physical Therapist
Overview
- Travel assignment in Austin, Texas
- 13-week contract
- Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- No on-call
- Weekends rotate every 3 to 4 weekends
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Preferred
- Wound care experience
Unit Environment
- Small, supportive hospital environment with strong communication among providers and therapy staff
- The therapy team includes experienced staff, including one certified wound care therapist
Additional Notes
- The unit supports open heart, TAVR, and LVAD implant patients
- Scrub colors: Caribbean blue or khaki bottoms with navy polo
