    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
    • Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
    • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
    • BLS issued by American Heart Association
    • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

    Assignment Details

    • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
    • Focus on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
    • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

    Housing

    • Studio and small 1-bedroom apartments may be available near the hospital, based on availability, at additional cost
    • Furnished units include Wi‑Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry

    Additional Notes

    • Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
    • CAPS registration is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain
