Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Assignment Details

Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
Focus on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

Housing

Studio and small 1-bedroom apartments may be available near the hospital, based on availability, at additional cost
Furnished units include Wi‑Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry

Additional Notes

Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
CAPS registration is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain
