Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Vermont
Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Driver's License
Experience with Cerner

Additional Details

Cerner EMR experience is required
Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
Travel pairs will not be considered
Requested time off must be included and verified at upload; no more than 5 days will be accepted
8 hours of non-billable orientation
No call, call-back, or charge responsibilities
After 3 call-offs, the contract may be terminated at the facility’s discretion
