Physical Therapist

Location

West Jordan, Utah

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Day shift
40 hours per week
May include flexible hours, overtime, weekends, holidays, after-hours work, and floating to other areas or sites

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
BLS
Driver’s license must be submitted

Preferred Experience

Previous direct patient care experience in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab settings
Prior use of electronic medical records

Additional Notes

Dry Needling Certification is only required if performing the dry needling function
Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
Radius limit: 60 miles
