- Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Description
Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Location
- Hastings, Nebraska
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- TNCC
- PALS or ENPC
- At least 3 years of emergency department experience preferred
Schedule
- Every other weekend
- One winter holiday and one summer holiday
Unit Details
- Level III trauma center
- Primary Stroke Center
- Approximately 40 patients per day
- 2 triage beds, 2 trauma bays, and 7 additional beds
- Separate triage area
- Separate psych/seclusion room
- No fast track
- No ED holding area
- No call
- No floating
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is preferred but not required
- Gray scrubs are provided
- 3-shift orientation
