ICU RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Huntington, West Virginia
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- 3x12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Self-scheduling available
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in West Virginia
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- CPI
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Cerner experience
- Travel experience
Schedule Notes
- Shift rotation cadence is variable and may change by week or month, but not within the same week or over a couple of days
Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID
- 7-year criminal background check
- Background check within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Proof of 2 clinical references
- Employment application/resume
- Skills checklist
- Physical exam
- Fit mask / onsite fit testing
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- TB screening and negative TB or chest X-ray documentation
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, COVID-19, and flu documentation/vaccination requirements
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Facility onboarding forms and acknowledgements, including confidentiality, attestation, IT access, and orientation/education review
- N95 fit test completed onsite at orientation
- Hepatitis B declination form required if declining vaccination
- Vaccine and flu exemption forms required if requesting an exemption
- Physical exam must attest to ability to meet job demands
